Our Opportunity 

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Quality Engineering Technician - II to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Quality Engineering through technical improvements and maintenance of equipment and processes. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities 

  • Support component trials in various stages of manufacturing. 
  • Setup and manage component and assembly sort activities. 
  • Assist in product gaging activities, development, RnR, capability, special customer studies. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining product quality and customer documentation. 
  • Assist and perform quality process and documentation audits. 
  • Assist with and develop quality studies. 

Requirements

Your Background 

High School diploma or GED, plus 4 years of experience as a technician, Team Leader, and/or lead position in a manufacturing environment. 

Associate’s Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology is preferred.
