Our Opportunity 

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Platform Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will plan and direct the Program Management function of the design or manufacturing process within the organization, including all related personnel. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities 

• Supervises the daily activities of the Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers. 
• Attends and participates in core team meetings, as necessary. 
• Provides guidance and direction to core teams in order to complete successful launches from the standpoint of timing, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. 
• Ensures that product development and launch systems are followed and maintained. 
• Provides support to the Program Managers and Sr. Program Managers to help them lead core team activities, facilitate team members’ jobs, and communicate effectively with the customers. 
• Provides feedback to management on core team development status and manpower requirements. 

The salary range for this position is $106,800 - $151,600 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.

Requirements

Your Background 

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline, plus 10 to 12 years of experience in program management, design, product development, sales, quality, engineering, and/or manufacturing within the automotive industry. 

Master's Degree in Engineering or MBA, and experience in exterior automotive lighting is preferred.
