Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support for the Purchasing Department; compile data, maintain training documents, create spreadsheets, write policies and procedures, and produce charts/graphs for purchasing department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your Priorities
- Provides administrative support for Purchasing Department.
- Prepares and sends Request For Quote’s and Updated Prints.
- Updates departmental policies and procedures to reflect changes to current practices.
- Reviews and maintains time records in Kronos for the Purchasing Department Staff.
- Coordinates scheduling of meetings and travel.
- Provides support and/or training to supply-base and purchasing staff.
Requirements
Your Background
- High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of administrative and purchasing experience OR
- Associate’s Degree in an administrative or business related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of administrative and purchasing experience.
Salary Range: $43,000- $53,000
