Our Opportunity

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform cleaning, basic repairs, simple maintenance, and general grounds keeping duties to maintain the cleanliness, order, safety, and effectiveness of the facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

• Performs daily cleaning of the facility ― to include the following:
  • Empties all trash receptacles, replaces trash bags, and processes materials for recycling
  • Dusts, cleans, and/or polishes furniture, fixtures, equipment, blinds, and air vents
  • Sweeps, vacuums, mops, and performs spot cleaning of all carpet and tile floors
  • Cleans the cafeteria and kitchen areas ― wiping down all surfaces and refilling all supplies
  • Cleans and disinfects restrooms ― wiping down all surfaces, cleaning mirrors, and ensuring that all supplies are refilled
• Performs minor repairs and basic maintenance.
• Assists in keeping sidewalks and entryways free of ice and snow.

Requirements

Your Background

High School Diploma or GED, plus 0 - 2 years of related work experience.

Starting Pay: $19.00
