Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Information Security Analyst - I to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform information security risk assessments, security improvement processes, and administration of security-related software.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your Priorities
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate anti-virus solution.
- Maintain, document, and support corporate patch management solution.
- Responsible for administration of host-based IPS.
- Responsible for auditing security logs for servers, routers, firewalls, etc.
- Perform vulnerability scans, and resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
- Participate in on call program as designated by MIS management.
The salary range for this position is $57,400 - $80,500 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
Requirements
Your Background
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in computer-related field OR Associate’s Degree, plus 2 or more years of experience.
Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in role as a Security Analyst OR one year of experience or advanced knowledge with at least two of the following, or similar software:
- Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Cisco Security Agent
- Microsoft WSUS
- Syslog
- RADIUS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related area, Security certifications, Network certifications, and three or more years of experience in a technical setting preferred.
