Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the integration and maintenance of enterprise systems including Plex (ERP), TeamCenter (PLM), and Palantir Foundry. This role assists in building data pipelines, troubleshooting system issues, and documenting processes under the guidance of senior team members. While learning business processes, this individual will also be assigned ownership of select Production Control processes to support and improve.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1.Troubleshoot and resolve ERP (Plex) and other system issues including installation, testing, deployment, configuration, and end-user support—escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed
2.Support the integration and data flow between ERP, PLM, and Palantir Foundry systems, including building and maintaining data pipelines that connect manufacturing and product data across the organization
3.Gather requirements from process subject matter experts and participate in team meetings to understand business needs and contribute to solution development
4.Function as a Super User for Production Control data systems, providing front-line end-user support and training
5.Help configure and update data models and workflows within Palantir Foundry based on team guidance
6.Write and test scripts and queries to support data transformation and reporting needs
7.Monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies for review and resolution
8.Assist in identifying and assessing new ERP application technologies to support upgrade opportunities
9.Document system processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures
10.Coordinate with IT and business teams to support system upgrades, testing, and deployments
11.Learn and apply best practices for enterprise system integration and data management
12.Perform other tasks as assigned
Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000
Requirements
1.Meets one of the following education and experience requirements:
a.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of related work experience in an engineering/manufacturing intensive industry; OR
b. Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline, plus
4 to 6 years of related work experience in an engineering/manufacturing intensive industry
2. Experience in automotive parts manufacturing is preferred
3.Experience and advanced knowledge with the following:
a.The use and purpose of a Bill of Material and routes
b.Team Center and current ECR processing application
c.Proficiency in SQL and PowerBI
d.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
e.Organizational and planning skills.
f.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
4.Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:
a.Analytical and problem solving skills
b.Organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills
c.Project management and follow-up skills
d.Computer skills — proficiency using standard business software (including MS Office)
