Our Opportunity

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain and repair the machinery located at NAL outsourced supplier locations in order to reduce downtime and ensure the smooth flow of material through the supplier process resulting in a final product that meets NAL customer expectations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities

• Supports NAL and supplier through the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and electronic controls as well as through the improvement of the assembly processes at the supplier location.
• Monitors product quality and performance of equipment.
• Monitors supplier preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repair logs.
• Orders repair parts, equipment, supplies, etc., and establishes a spare parts inventory system.
• Assists engineering and management in the development of standard processes for new products, and the support of new product launches.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000

Requirements

Your Background

• Associate Degree in Industrial Technology or related field, plus 2 years as an “A” Technician OR
• 5 years as an “A” Technician.

Previous Team Leader or Supervisory experience preferred.
