Our Opportunity 

North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Maintenance / Electrician - A to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain the operational efficiency of the machinery, buildings, and equipment within the manufacturing facility, and lead “B” and “C” Electricians. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Your Priorities 

• Performs a variety of tasks to maintain the efficient operation of the manufacturing facility, including: 
  • Installs and repairs machinery and equipment. 
  • Runs air, electrical, and water lines to equipment. 
  • Runs conduit and pulls wire. 
  • Connects machinery to electrical system. 
  • Troubleshoots electrical problems. 
  • Provides general building maintenance. 
• Assists in training other Electricians in electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance practices. 

Requirements

Your Background 

High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 - 6 years of experience in day-to-day electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and repair, including working with 480v/3 phase. 

Associate's Degree in Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field, and/or a Universal Refrigerant Certification is preferred. Knowledge of HVAC systems and PLC programming preferred.
