Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide provide the office/administrative support for the tool shop, including accounting, purchasing, and facility reporting functions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your Priorities
- Prepares accurate and timely departmental reports.
- Data entry for daily time tickets into WorkPlan
- Enters Purchase Orders into Ereq/Plex system
- Analyzes inventory transactions and ensures all transactions are entered into WorkPlan and Plex on a timely basis Understands the importance of Month or Year end cut-off.
- Maintains reports, charts and graphs to assist in the interpretation of operating results
- Assists in reviews of all expenditures to ensure that they are accurate and are coded to the correct Accounting classification.
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $57,600 per year. Final compensation will be determined by location, skills, experience, qualifications, and the career level at which the position is filled.
Requirements
Your Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other Business related discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of financial analysis, budget preparation, or cost accounting experience OR
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of financial analysis, budget preparation, or cost accounting experience.
